We absolutely love our Pinnacle Fence! They came out quickly for an estimate and worked with us on getting several options for approval for the HOA. We went with the aluminum fence and it looks great! Installed in one day- the crew was amazing and double checked with us on location before installing that morning. Crew were super clean and left nothing in the yard. Overall we had a very positive experience and would totally recommend!

We had a very big project by fencing in the back half acre of our wooded lot with black chain link fence and then a privacy fence portion between ours and one of the neighbor's house. Cristian was incredibly professional, as well as being personable. He quoted a fair price and his dad and uncle did an excellent job of installing the fence. You can tell that they take pride in the work they do!! Whereas, we did have some miscommunications at one point, Cristian and his crew are ALL about making things right and making sure I was happy. I know that if one of my trees decides to land on the new fence (praying never!!), that I would trust them to do as good a job of repairing it as they did installing it! That gives me great comfort to know there is a fencing company in Fort Wayne that I have no hesitation in hiring again. Thank you Cristian and crew!!! We love our new fence!!!

My boyfriend and I are very satisfied with Pinnacle Fence!! We recently purchased a new home and were eager to move in, but needed to wait for a fence since we have dogs. Cristian came out for a quote the day after we closed, and installed the fence within weeks. The fence is beautiful! Cristian was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We could not be happier. They were very prompt, very personable, and very conscientious. We have a septic absorption field in the backyard. They hired a private locator to make sure they did not hit anything. Our property line is at an angle. They were very deliberate in in marking EXACTLY where the fence would go and got our approval. We ordered 2 gates, one of them an 8' double gate to go in the far corner. They suggested moving it about 6' to where the ground was level and they were right. It looks great. When the entire fence was up except for that double gate, they discovered the manufacturer sent the wrong gate. The 2 4' pieces did not match. Not their fault as they could not know because the gate was at the bottom of the pallet. To their credit (and integrity) they did not deposit the final check until AFTER the correct gate arrived and was installed. If we could rate higher than 5.0 we would.

Pinnacle did a fantastic job with our 6 foot privacy fence! They were reasonably priced, responsive to messages, and quick getting the fence up! We appreciated that anytime there was an issue (leveling on our uneven yard or where to put the fence in relation to underground lines), they called us out and talked through all the options with us in order to find a solution that worked best for us. Us and our pup have loved having the backyard fenced in and appreciate the work they did so much!
